Telenor – when two become one
In 2010 Telenor Sweden was facing challenges within its Interconnect business. After having pursued an aggressive acquisition strategy in Sweden, Telenor had to deal with the consequences of many different brands and processes. The organization also faced a lot of manual work that had to be carried out every month and distributed teams in different parts of Sweden working with different interconnect systems.
Telenor turned to Basset to help them unify their systems and process, yet allowing for the brands in the group to be autonomous.
After implementing Interconnect by Basset, results were immediate; the user friendly and intuitive system enabled Telenor to reduce manual routines while at the same time improving the internal service level and precision.
